Logistics & Preparation

Once we determine your needs, we will set an admission date, typically within 48 hours, and walk you through admission into Pine Grove, providing information on cost, what to expect, what to bring, verifying insurance, and logistical arrangements on getting here.

Arrival

Upon your arrival at Pine Grove, you will be welcomed by our caring staff who will take the time to help you get settled and comfortable with your surroundings. We understand that this is a big step and our team will orient you to the facility, introducing you to key staff members, other patients and your accommodations. This process is designed to ease any apprehension and set the stage for a successful start to your treatment journey.
